Dancing Kids

These kids stay active by keeping up with their dancing abilities.  If you have a skill, use it!  If you don’t have one, find it!  You might not like soccer or you might not even like dancing, but make sure you stay active.  Dancing is a great way to keep up with cardio every day.  Not only do you get to be with other kids and make friends, but you will hear your favorite songs and move to them. Join a talent show, perform in front of your family and friends, or just dance in front of the mirror.  Any of these will allow you to be creative and active.
